All of the decals made for interior use (walls, floors, windows, etc) can be used on any of the interior surfaces. Only decals noted as "exterior" are not to be used on walls, floors or any other interior surface. What is the production time? TOP
The current production time is 10 - 14 business from the day after payment clears for decals and related decal items (hangers, wine glasses, etc), rubber stamps, embroidered and engraved goods.
The current production time is 2 - 3 weeks from the day after payment clears for wooden cut out monograms. How are the items shipped? TOP
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (standard 2 - 4 business days) or USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise requested. How are the decals removed? TOP
Ten23 Designs decals are meant for indoor use and will not harm your surface or leave behind any sticky residue when removed. Our decals are perfect for renters, because when you are ready to go or want a change, they peel right off the wall leaving no sticky residue behind. Our decals has a low grade adhesive that is safe for any surface type. When you are ready to remove the decal, just pick a corner and peel back. Running a hair blow dryer over your decal before removing it will help release the adhesive better (but not necessary).
Do you offer a graphic file of the monogram decal designs for personal use? TOP
For certain monogram decals, I do offer the digital graphic file for personal use for a small charge. The decal must be purchased prior to purchasing the digital file. Not all designs are available as digital files.
Ten23 Designs will also create custom monograms for your use starting at only $10. Do you offer proofs for approval being shipping the decals? TOP
Proofs are available upon request only. Decals must be paid for and put into production before a proof is created. If you select to have a proof created, the production time starts upon approval of the proof, and no longer from the date paid. Can I change the font that you have on a design? TOP
